You Can Lead
PETER F. DRUCKER ONE OF OUR GENERATIONS FOREMOST THINKERS AND AUTHORITIES ON LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SAID; “THERE MAY BE ‘BORN LEADERS’, BUT THERE ARE SURELY FAR TOO FEW TO DEPEND ON THEM. LEADERSHIP MUST BE LEARNED AND CAN BE LEARNED”
One of my favourite writers on the subject of leadership says; ”No matter who you are, you have the nature and the capacity for leadership.” Myles Munroe goes on to say; “Each of us has been created to manage and lead our environments. You are a leader no matter who you are, regardless of whether you manifest it or not.” Inside all of us lie the raw ingredients to lead and influence areas of our world. We are all gifted in many different and diverse areas and everyone has natural talent in some area or other.
To excel in a particular field requires more than natural talent, for talent to be realised it must be developed. Likewise the leadership that lies in all of us must be developed to be realised. Leadership is not an elite club for the chosen few, but it is intrinsically part of the way you are created.
It may be realised as mother, father, team captain, CEO, or disciple-maker, but I’m convinced we all have a part to play.
We are greatly encouraged as people share with us how the leadership training development and practical experience they have received through serving and leading on Energizer teams has also empowered them to lead in their work life, family and community. You may not think of yourself as a leader, but we encourage you to embark on the exciting journey of realising and developing the incredible potential that has been place inside you.
Others can help encourage and develop, but the journey starts with you.

The Need for Leadership
Our society is in desperate need of men, women, boys and girls, of moral integrity and honour, with a love for truth and justice, who will dare to believe the world can be a better place as a result of their influence.
“Leadership is not an exclusive club for the elite few who where “born with it.” Every human has the instinct and capacity for leadership, but most do not have the courage or will to cultivate it.”
(Myles Munroe, “The Spirit of Leadership”)
We believe everyone is created to lead. Jesus’ command was to go and make disciples, which means using that which Jesus has placed inside us, to influence others and bring change to our sphere of influence.
We are committed to developing leaders with integrity, character and a passion for the Kingdom of God, who will have the confidence, conviction and skills to be leaders and bring about change in family, education, business, media, health, government, sport, community and welfare, the church or whatever part of society they are called to and have the opportunity to serve in.
Ps Dave Morse.
